- Cancer Care: Accredited in 2008 by the American College of Surgeons on Cancer and awarded the College's highest honor, St. Vincent has designation as a Community Hospital Comprehensive Program with a three-year commendation.
- Heart Center: With national awards in low mortality and readmission rates, St. Vincent leads the region in advanced technologies and expert care in cardio-diagnostics, cardiac catheterization, cardiac surgery, intensive care, telemetry and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.
- Neuroscience: Nationally acclaimed neurologists and neurosurgeons use advanced technology in the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of patients.

- Orthopedic Services: Partnering with highly skilled orthopedic surgeons, St. Vincent offers a complete, integrated program that encompasses surgery, non-surgical procedures, and physical and occupational therapy.
- Women's and Children's Services: With the only Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) in Montana, St. Vincent's serves children with on-site pediatric intensivists and other pediatric specialty physicians and mid-levels.
- Level IIIB Neonatal Intensive Care Unit: This unit provides the highest level of intensive care to newborns with the region's only maternal child air transport team.
- Level II Trauma Center: Supported by the region's only HELP Flight air ambulance program, the Trauma Center has immediate access to surgical expertise in neuro, heart, orthopedics, trauma and pediatrics.
- Imaging Center: St. Vincent was the first in the Pacific Northwest to have a 320-slice CT scanner, providing less radiation exposure and shorter imaging time to patients.
- Expansion: St. Vincent is undergoing a major expansion to better meet needs of the growing community; upgrade existing facilities, and accommodate emerging technologies, enhanced patient access and collaboration with physician partners.
St. Vincent Healthcare was founded in 1898 when two Sisters of Charity from Leavenworth, Kan., traveled to Billings, Mont., at the request of Dr. Henry Chapple, the city's physician and mayor.
